There are two kinds of “how to” tips people find useful: the kind of tips and tricks people are looking for, because they have a specific project or problem; and the kind they find accidentally, which switches a lightbulb on over their heads, and turns out to be really useful.
Either way, finding tips, tricks, and life-hacks that work are awesome. But even the best tips need personal tweaking.
Take organization.
We all spent last year holding clothes in our rooms to see if they gave us “joy,” but that method of organization doesn’t work for everyone. And that’s ok! I know this because every piece of clothing I own brought me joy - which required a whole new “how to” search for closet organizers.
Our homes, our problems, our projects are all different. Using advice that makes sense for you is taking the basics of an idea, and making it your own.
With that in mind, I have started to regularly put out short “how to” videos on a variety of subjects. Some you may find really useful, some may not work in your situation. But check in with One Family One Menu to see new ideas that may put a lightbulb on over your head! And if you have any questions or requests for a “how to” segment, drop me a message! I look forward to helping make your life in the kitchen easier.
